@datof yes 100% sure , take a look at my videos since i was 19 and u will see the same chest ,maybe bigger ,? i do regular exercies of corse a lot of superset ,stripping and so on but it depends about the rest of my training program … i never give a shit about my chest or back , of corse if u don;’t have the genetics u have to concentrate more and more try the perfect formula for u .. as i am trying on my calfs.

the reason i say these is cuz many people do chest exercices and don’t have “the line” of? the inner chest yes.
@blinkzh there are no exercies for inner chest ,? is just genetics , i don’t train my chest form mass since i was 19 yo , is all genetics , it gets big even if i do push ups , the important think for the chest anyway is to intra rotate , because is an intra rotator muscle as back , so while u do dumbell press u should rotate inside the dumbells and keep it always in tension . look on my website for now only in italian but soon in english as well where i exaplain all this things
